Some common questions about our support plans


What kind of servers do you use?

All of our sites are hosted on Google Cloud platform servers with the latest kubernetes container architecture. These are servers built and optimized for ecommerce. They are much faster than "shared hosting" on comparable hosting providers.

How does signup/billing work?

You can select a plan on this page and enter your credit card details for billing. Your card on file is billed automatically each month.

How does email support work?

You get access to our support desk @ support.memberdev.com for ticket creation and knowledge base access. These tickets are responded to in order of prioritization.

How does phone support work?

Phone support is only offered on our Level 3 and Enterprise plans. This provides you with a direct scheduling link to book a call during business hours (M-F / 9am-5pm MST).
