Who do you work with?

We generally work with existing coaching, membership and community businesses who have proven revenue and a clear path for growth. Clients who succeed with us already have some experience under their belt and see our platform as an investment in their growth strategy.

Do you work with new businesses / startups?

We are probably not a fit if you're just getting started... however, we do make rare exceptions if you have proven business experience! In that case, we encourage you to take next steps.

How much does this cost?

Our pricing reflects a one-time build investment plus monthly support plan. Our pricing details can be found above (plan options). Your actual financial investment will vary depending on your plan, customization and migration needs.

How long does a project take?

Most projects take between 6-8 weeks from start to finish. This assumes you are actively engaged and prepared for your project. If you are starting from scratch or have advanced migration/customization needs you should assume a longer timeline.

What do I need to start a project?

You need to have an existing business with proven revenue and a website domain. Everything else is handled during your Platform Setup. That said, it also helps to already have some content created. If you do not have content ready we will coach you on a system to develop it during your project.

What's my role in the project / setup?

Your role is primarily focused on creating content and personalized copy for any sales related messaging. We give you back-end tools to upload and organize your content in the back-end of your platform. This includes library content, events, courses, etc.

Do I own my data?

Absolutely. Your platform will be hosted on an isolated server with a unique container and database. You retain 100% ownership of all the content and data you create on your platform.

Are you an agency or SAAS (software-as-a-service)?

We're a combination of both! You get access to our team in agency context to execute your project, and then you get ongoing access to your platform via our monthly support plan.

What's included in the one-time build investment?

Your build investment covers all the technical configuration and logistics to build your platform. It also includes some coaching, strategy and project management from our team. You'll receive platform training calls, direct email access, and strategy sessions related to your project.

What's included in the monthly support subscription?

Your monthly support plan includes platform hosting, maintenance and updates as we release new features. It also provides you with access to our helpdesk and customer support team.
